This article needs a unique name to differentiate it from other Cyrils, such as [[Cyril of Alexandria|Cyril of Alexandria], Cyril Are there any other longer forms of his name? How about Cyril of Thessalonica, Cyril of Salonika, Saint Cyril, Cyril the Monk, or perhaps even collapsing the two brothers into one article as Cyril and Methodius?

K , I did it. - WOL

As far as long forms go, I believe Saints Cyril and Methodius are both known as "Saints Cyril and Methodious, Apostles to the Slavs" in Eastern Orthodoxy. I'm sure it would be fine to tack that title on to them individually as well. Although they were both from Thessalonika, I don't think either was ever bishop there, and they aren't especially known for the work they did in Thessalonika but rather for what they did elsewhere, so it probably wouldn't be appropriate to call him "Cyril of Thessalonika"--Wesley
