Can anyone establish notability of this organization? Seems very nice and everything, but I can't find anything special about it. Cleduc 03:25, 11 August 2005 (UTC)
- The Collective has been mentioned in the Modesto Bee, the largest local newspaper, many times since 2003. They tabled at the local Earth Day Festival 2005, and the Bee interviewed several members. Food Not Bombs has also been a topic of articles in the paper, with members of the Collective interviewed. Canaen 21:22, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
- I'm an anarchist who has never been to Modesto, but I have heard a bit about them. They do seem to be quite visible in the anarchist press, including infoshop.org. Then again, a lot of things we anarchists are into aren't really all that notable, but from the perspective of the anarchist movement, they're fairly notable.
