If Constantine II was born in February 317, how can Constantius II been born August same year? Fornadan (t) 13:39, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
- Right, this makes no sense. I think the solution is that Constantine II is not Fausta's son. He was probably illegitimate. She was his stepmother, he was born when she was pregnant with Constantius II. See Jones, AH.M., Martindale, J.R. The Prosopography of the Later Roman Empire, Vol. I: AD260-395, Cambridge University Press, 1971. The article needs to be changed.Ocyril (talk) 01:01, 9 June 2011 (UTC)

- "Her sons became Roman Emperors: Constantine II, probably an illegitimate son of Constantine, and thus her stepson." Does that sentence make any sense then? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.72.100.66 (talk) 05:22, 12 December 2011 (UTC)
