We could use a quote and page number from the book Waiting For The Beatles: An Apple Scruff's Story (Carol Bedford, 1985) which sources the story in Groupie#In music. I've removed a lot of material from the article. On the whole it was grab-bag laudry-list style entries including mentions of groupies in films, internal wikilinks to people who were/claimed to be/wrote books about groupies.
For something to merit inclusion it should provide aid in the broad understanding of the subject to a lay-reader. If someone comes dewy-eyed to this page hoping to learn about groupies reading that "Foo wrote book Bar about her experiences" doesn't help them. Links to see also, or a category are useful, but they shouldn't be the whole article.
