- As someone who has actually worked for the Hawai'i State Judiciary, I take offense at the recent deletion of all use of the 'okina in this particular article. The official rendering of the Hawai'i State Circuit Courts, as prescribed by law, in fact uses the 'okina -- on the official seal, all official docket forms, all case files, all published opinions of the circuit court judges and the official website. The name is actually trademarked for official use with the 'okina. It is Hawai'i State Circuit Courts, not Hawaii State Circuit Court. --Gerald Farinas 01:26, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)
