[edit] Copyright question

Possible Copyright violation see http://www.worldrover.com/history/burkina_faso_history.html Are "U.S. State Department Background Notes 1998" public domain ?

Yes, these notes are in the public domian. These notes have seeded many of the national history articles at Wikipedia. LarryQ 11:57, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] President "Editing"?

It reads : President "Editing" Felix Houphouët-Boigny. Is that an error?

[edit] 2011 uprising

News reports tend to be very unclear but there is some sore sort of protests/uprising/revolt/revolution going on in Burkina Faso right now, including a curfew on Ouagadougou and some reports that Blaise Compaore has fled. How about an article, 2011 Burkina Faso uprising, based on the French version or its translation here Metaknowledge (talk) 14:32, 17 April 2011 (UTC)
