[edit] Neutrality, encyclopedic quality
Is there a way to rephrase it so as to sound less antagonistic to Mr France's changes? Phrases such as 'amounted to less than a whimper', etc., seem more subjective than informative. I'd wade in and make changes, but I'd rather the original author revise the article, before I fundamentally alter it. --Arkeides 17:03, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
