There is a discussion regarding the removal of the word "city" from the article titles of Philippine cities. This may imminently affect the article name for Pasay. Hi. I am not from Pasay and not very knowledgeable, and I don't have much time for research (I'm really just passing by), so I thought I'd just comment: a section on Pasay's Barangays would be very useful, I think.
