What is the correct english name?

Google dislikes Rethimno and Rethimnon and suggests Rethymno, Rethymnon.

The Greek spelling is with ypsilon, so this suggests using Y instead. Whether it is Rethymno or Rethymnon is not clear, not even to the Greeks (both spellings are seen)
