[edit] merge with shooto?

What's the relation to Shooto?--Janto 01:39, 14 November 2005 (UTC)

The only relation is that their names are similar. Other than that they are two completely different and separate entities.

Minor relationship and reason for similar names. Founder of shooto was Sayama, who studied Thai kickboxing with Fujiwara and catch wrestling with Gotch. Ceasar has kickboxing line related to Fujiwara (not sure if direct or not, sorry) AND also studeied wrestling with Gotch. Ceasar's relationship with Gotch led to "suplex" as part of the kickboxing, thus "shoot boxing". Also Ceasar is friends with Sayama. But distinct organizations and distinct competition formats Nysanda (talk) 21:07, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
