[edit] PROD removed

This article should not be deleted because Sikaran is a completely separate martial art from the more commonly known Arnis/Kali/Eskrima.

It is more obscure and is mostly kick-oriented and is practiced here in the north, near the province of Rizal. There are some practicioners in the capital because Antipolo, Rizal is right next to Marikina City, of the National Capital Region.

I've seen it practiced by locals (as opposed to what is taught outside the Philippines) and it is significantly different from Tae Kwon Do, Karate and Muay Thai. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Object404 (talkcontribs) 17:55, 23 June 2010 (UTC)
