This article is short and looks like a good candidate for Wiktionary, no?

Couldn't all types of subpoena be brought under one heading? Any disagreement about making this, unedited, a subsection of Subpoena? --Wetman 22:22, 11 Jun 2005 (UTC)
I'd agree to a merge with subpoena, as long as, once it is done, this page becomes a redirect. It would also make a good Wiktionary definition.
Why not both, then? --Wetman 04:53, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

Shouldn't it read subpoena deuces tecum (dEuces!)???
