Wikipedia isn't a dictionary. Why should there be an encyclopedia article on the topic "traitor"? Well, of course, because there have been famous traitors who have changed the course of history, for one thing. Perhaps there has been interesting research on the psychology of traitors. Perhaps you could explain the notion of [the word for the crime of betraying your country, which strangely escapes me just now] and why there are such harsh laws (it's a capital offense!) against it.
