I must say, reading "Generally unincorporated communities are in rural areas or beside small cities. Generally they contain no large box-office stores." after coming to this page from the link at McLean, Virginia is a bit odd. But then, Virginia's city/town/etc. system is a bit odd altogether.

Now, by 'box-office stores', is a reference being made to our loveable movie theatres, or to...post-offices with...boxes? Y'know, those of the P.O. sort.
