Although the term WaHI might be used by real estate agents nowadays, it was actually coined by The Omen of Washington Heights and Inwood Online, in 2003 as a space-saving device on the community website. Give credit where credit is due. WaHI is not commonly used by real estate agents (in a search of popular RE sites -- Corcoran, Elliman, Ardor, MLX, Halstead -- not one mentions WaHI), but Eduardo should be given credit for coining the term. Note: the yahoo groups post is private. --Bob
