Spine injury

removing an ISBN

At least two users who regularly correct ISBNs on WP have been unable to find the correct ISBN for the following

If this is an audio recording, it most likely does not have an ISBN. I am removing the ISBN from the page. If this solution does not work for you, please advise. Keesiewonder ^talk 23:38, 25 January 2007 (UTC)

I don't know what the issue was about this particular recording, but audio recordings often DO have ISBN numbers, especially if they are spoken word recordings like audiobooks, lectures, or guided meditations. One can look to Llewellyn Worldwide's catalog for many examples. Sometimes they have both ISBN numbers AND UPC Codes. Rosencomet (talk) 20:40, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

One of the tracks on guitarist Kenny Burrell's 1963 album Midnight Blue is "Wavy Gravy" (written by Burrell}. I assume that is the origin of the name - but are there any refs for that supposition? Ghmyrtle (talk) 12:57, 10 December 2009 (UTC)

citation needed removed

I just watched a documentary about the hippie era on tv. In it Wavy Gravy himself told us about how he and the rest of the hog farm were hired to take care of the safety issues at the Woodstock festival and that fact was also confirmed by other people, so I cannot see a need for a citation needed tag. This fact is common knowledge for tens of millions, or hundreds of millions of people. So I hereby remove the tag. For the record, you can cite the documentary or an article on the documentary. But a citation is needed even if everyone on Earth saw the film. How are readers - from Mars, for example - to know that and how could they look it up themselves without a citation? Removing the tag, then, was not good form.
