So.. the district is becoming a borough now. Is it to incorporate other districts? For example, Hertsmere. What is going to happen after this change? Simply south 23:05, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

Essentially, its just a name change, and they get a mayor instead of a chairman. No boundary changes or unitary status or anything. Lozleader 18:45, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
