Second-level registration is open[edit]

Hi,

Second-level registration appears to be open - see this Google-translated FAQ-post.

But domain registration appears to require local presence.

Wikipedia is not a directory listing, please stop your listings[edit]

To those people adding commercial links to Albanian webhosts and domain registrars, please stop it. Read Wikipedia:External links as this is an encyclopaedia, not a directory listing site. If people wish to find registrars, they can use Google and the like. — billinghurst sDrewth 13:25, 4 January 2014 (UTC)

If you believe that the links should be added, then please address the matter here, rather than the repeated addition of the links, as per policy. — billinghurst sDrewth 13:27, 4 January 2014 (UTC)
