The site that you source also used Dyer's Compendium (1908), a text which is now in the public domain, therefore it is out of copyright. Hundreds of other ACW regimental history articles also use Dyer's Compendium, as well as nearly all of the Ohio ACW regimental history articles. Spacini (talk) 19:24, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
