Untitled[edit]

Did you mean 1792 half dime? Joe I 03:47, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • "Half disme" is actually the spelling on the coin. 1792 half dime should probably be a redirect. Crotalus horridus (TALKCONTRIBS) 07:45, 23 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've added an image of the obverse and reverse of the coin to this article. Floaterfluss (talk) (contribs) 15:21, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Beautiful. This coin is a very special issue, and deserves a great illustration like yours. Sandover 06:22, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphan Status[edit]

I addressed this by linking to the page for half dime. Sammybenny (talk) 18:05, 2 June 2011 (UTC)Sammybenny[reply]

Weight and composition[edit]

Is there some mystery as to the physical specifications of the coin? Certainly the weight and composition of this coin and its successors were specified by statute. Anybody still think those are important? CountMacula (talk) 01:31, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
