Formatting Change[edit]

I have made a change and included the scoring summaries with each game summary itself. I think it improves the flow, and keeps things more compact. I contemplated excising the scoring summaries completely, so I would appreciate any input. Leafschik1967 22:35, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Game Times[edit]

I'm not liking the listing of the game times in UTC. I'd prefer the dates be listed first in local time, then with a major time zone in the visiting country (e.g. EDT, MSD). If it is decided that UTC will be kept, then at least fix the dates/times for the games in Canada. For example, the Saskatoon game (September 5, 7:00PM CST) should be listed as September 6, 0100 UTC. Change it to what you want, I can't make up my mind on how to resolve the issue. -- Earl Andrew - talk 09:19, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment[edit]

I have assessed this as Stub Class because, although there is enough information and organization for Start Class, there are no references to support it. I have assessed this as low importance, as it is a highly specialized topic in Canada. Cheers, CP 02:14, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sergei Nemchinov[edit]

I believe that Sergei Nemchinov being the coach of the Russian team is a notable enough fact to be included in this article. NorthernThunder 23:39, 31 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sutter/Cherepanov[edit]

The Game 2 section mentions that Brandon Sutter steamrolled Alexei Cherepanov. If one watches the tape of the incident, about ten seconds prior to the hit, Cherepanov trips Sutter in the Russian zone from behind with a slew-footing motion, which was the reason for Sutter's hit. I believe this warrants mention in the Wikipedia article. Moisanite 14:47, 2 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

NHL[edit]

It would be helpful to add NHL affiliation for each player, where applicable. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.115.203.15 (talk) 16:40, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Kyle Turris[edit]

Why is he not listed in the scoring leaders ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.82.79.140 (talk) 17:26, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Scoring statistics[edit]

In my opinion, the scoring statistics table should include everyone with at least 1 point in the series. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jmj713 (talkcontribs) 18:39, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Summaries[edit]

The Super Series is just about over, and the summaries are still @ game two! Someone has to complete them (Am I that lazy?) Ebuz610? 19:53, 8 September 2007 (UTC) THIS ARTICLE NEEDS DESPERATE UPDATING! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ebuz610 (talkcontribs) 18:56, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm working on getting this updated. Trying to get things referenced as I go, so it isn't as fast as I would like. But its getting done. Leafschik1967 22:28, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:2007 super series logo3.gif[edit]

Image:2007 super series logo3.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
