Bhutan time?[edit]

Why does this article use the Bhutan Time zone? I might be UTC+06:00, just as Asia/Almaty, but I'm pretty sure Kazakhstan wouldn't name its own time zone after a tiny country miles away! - FakirNL (talk) 19:05, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
