Table as of date of last game[edit]

Please bear in mind that the article is about the progression of Birmingham City's season. This table provdes a snapshot of the Championship table as at how their last match left it, so it's hardly "indiscriminate" as per WP:IINFO. The current Championship table shows a snapshot of the table on the Championship's last matchday. When Birmingham played on the most recent Championship matchday, the tables will be the same when both are updated. But there are plenty of points in time when those matchdays don't coincide, particularly at this time of year when postponements due to weather or cup runs are not infrequent, and including both tables gives the reader additional information, i.e an illustration of what's happened to the league standings since Birmingham's last game.

It isn't and wasn't unsourced. The row at the bottom of the table headed Source contains the source.
