Is this actually part of OEF?[edit]

Operation Enduring Freedom - Horn of Africa is a U.S.-led anti-terrorism campaign based out of Djibouti. It is disingenuous to construe any action taken by any state against Somali pirates as part of a U.S.-led operation. --Petercorless (talk) 20:53, 11 May 2011 (UTC)
