responsible use of tags...[edit]

Another contributor recently added a {{Misleading}} tag.

{{Misleading}} directs readers to look at the talk page for the tagger's explanation of the reasons for the tag. But there is no discussion on here on the talk page. If an explanation of the tag isn't added in the next week or so I am going to remove this tag.

2015-04-18 Article Cleanup[edit]

I've removed and tidied the article, carefully rewriting weasel words and removing unsourced comments and bits touching on original research. The article DOES continue to rely on a lot of US government sources, but I believe it's written in a clear and objective way in such a fashion that it provides information to the reader complying with WP:NPOV. Obviously I accept this might be controversial but I do now believe the article is suitable for inclusion. SourAcidHoldout (talk) 12:22, 18 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
