final bounce homer[edit]

I believe that Lopez was the last major leaguer to garner a home run off a ball that bounced into the stands. The following season, such hits became "ground rule" doubles.

I recall his nickname (at least as a manager) was "The Señor." WHPratt (talk) 12:41, 19 August 2010 (UTC)
