Ambiguous characterisation of alar fascia in scientific literature[edit]

The following article investigates and details the inconsistentencies in terminology and characterisation of alar fascia in descriptions of the alar fascia in the scientific literature (bolstered by a cadaveric study). It may be worthwhile incorporating the nuance into the wiki article, otherwise, adding information from different sources may introduce contradictions in the content of this wiki article (as well as related wiki articles - e.g. those about the retropharyngeal space, and danger space) in the future.
