Overlap with Croatia[edit]

I'm noting that with the addition of the ratification process table here, there is increasing overlap with Accession of Croatia to NATO. I'm not going to go so far as to put merger proposal templates up, but I think it could be a fairly painless merger into Accession of Albania and Croatia to NATO.
