Both the Czech republic and Slovakia are official continuations of Czechoslovakia, therefore the numbers for Slovakia are wrong. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 20:17, 6 September 2011 (UTC)

Explain notation[edit]

Under the goals column, I read Brazil with 210:88 goals. What does that mean? This is not explained in the main paragraph. I shall presume 210 goals scored, with 88 goals scored against. If this is the case, recommend splitting the two numbers into separate columns -- along with the rest of the table. KyuuA4 (Talk:キュウ) 05:02, 29 May 2012 (UTC)

The table must be explainable and readable for any sports fan, particularly those of soccer. Well, I inserted an explanations table for the table headings. KyuuA4 (Talk:キュウ) 05:13, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
These explainations have been removed in June 2014 and the table is once again un-readable, especially for people who are not familiar with football. Would be great if someone could re-do that table with updated explainations.--Tudy77 (talk) 10:52, 7 July 2014 (UTC)

Should there be a separate table for qualifying matches? Tffff (talk) 16:30, 27 July 2013 (UTC)
