Oppose. The official and legal name in Korean is next to irrelevant on several grounds. There is doubt as to whether this translation is even the official name in English, and whether there even is a legal name in English. Even if both those issues were addressed, here we follow current English usage, we do not try to correct it. Please read wP:AT if you have not already done so, as you were asked nicely and in several places to do before raising an RM.
