The text of this poem does not belong on this page; that is the sole purpose of wikisourse, and since it is there, there is no reason to recreate it here. Not only did it not exist, the fight was for the idnependene of the island of Ireland. However my main point is that I don't agree that the airman is talking about the thrill of "annihilation" but of flying. PhilomenaO'M (talk) 16:57, 28 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
