Not from New York[edit]

The article had a strange statement that "most" of the cast of CSI:NY was from New York, and that Belknap was one of "only" four exceptions. That's sort of like saying that most of the Rolling Stones are either dead or retired, except for the four that still tour :)

As an aside, only two of the main cast are from NY; one former main was from Brooklyn; and of the current recurring characters in the article, only one was even from the US. -- SigPig \SEND - OVER 04:21, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Number of CSI: NY appearances[edit]

Re: Jaguar766, according to IMDb, she is credited for 154 episodes, and 7 of those she did not appear in (making 147). So, unless you have a better source, or there are any further objections, I will correct it (with citation). --Musdan77 (talk) 21:23, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The 154 episodes in IMDb include two that haven't aired yet, "Sláinte" and "Unwrapped". Where did you get the number seven for missed episodes? When I counted the (credit only) notations I got nine (and IMDb is not exactly reliable in this area). Short of actually watching all the episodes to see if she's there or not, there's no way to verify when she actually appears. (Possibly the reviews in CSI Files would mention if she were there, but they aren't complete.) I still think it would be better to leave it as a credited count, with explanation, but I'm just a minor editor with no clout. Jaguar766 (talk) 00:05, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, we'll leave it like that, for now at least. This is the first time I've dealt with the appearance count of a current on-going series (on a person page). I guess there's nothing wrong with it as long as someone is updating it with each new episode. --Musdan77 (talk) 03:33, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
