Mistaken identity[edit]

In this article there is a complete confusion of Anni Rehborn (b. 1904, married to Karl Brandt) and her sister Hanni Rehborn (1907-1987). Confusing[edit]

According to the linked articles, Anni and her sister Hanni Rehborn both died on November 30, 1987 while their brother Julius Rehborn died three days earlier on Nov. 27, 1987. That sounds rather unlikely short of a suicide pact, murder or accident. The comment above suggests Anni and Hanni's biographies are being confused. I'm guessing this is an infrequently visited article but hopefully someone sees this and attempts to make whatever corrections are necessary (my German is poor and I'm not comfortable translating articles into English). freshacconci (✉) 22:23, 23 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

More biographical information on Anni Rehborn please?[edit]

At present this entry seems purposed almost entirely as a platform for recycling information about the Allies' execution of Anni Rehborn's husband following the end of World War II. If Anni Rehborn Brandt died in 1987 she would have survived her husband by 39 years. What did she do during those 39 years as the widow of man who had been executed by the Allies? We know that the post-war experiences of the widows of men executed by the Allies and the experiences of their children varried widely.

I have seen entries about Germans being put forward for removal from Wikipedia on the grounds that they are "incomplete" and lack sufficient information to justify their presence. Can someone with better research skills than mine do the biographical research neccessary to add information about Anni Rehborn's life prior to her marriage, during her marriage, and for the 39 years she lived after the Allies executed her husband? And perhaps do the same for her sister, brother and son as well?

At present it seems that she is included here because she had a short career as competitive swimmer before she got married, and because her husband was excuted by the Allies after the Allies won World War II. 2603:800C:3944:BC00:FDF4:9D04:D9CB:443C (talk) 23:50, 29 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
