[edit] Alternative?
Are there any alternatives to this program? I used it to create a Shortcut to a certain program and each time I start it, first the dialog of AppLocal pops up which I must click away ("OK"), before the program starts. I do not need the full functionality of AppLocale. The program is already Unicode (at least it looks like that, it can display and take as pasted input most Unicode characters). I just need to switch the language for that application. --Xerces8 (talk) 10:58, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
- I found SBAppLocale, but it does not suit my problem... --Xerces8 (talk) 11:15, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
- You might want to check, if your app allows changing it's language, or is available in other. Anyway, asking an IT forum should be a good idea.--drhlajos (talk) 06:59, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
- Is there a problem with running AppLocale.msi in compatibility mode for Windows XP(SP 3) or "Earlier Version of Windows" instead of using the Command Prompt Run as Administrator to install AppLocale on Vista/7? It seems to install correctly when I do this. Maybe somebody has the technical expertise to say that this does not work the same.--Skullpoker (talk) 02:25, 26 March 2011
