Exemptions[edit]

First, it reads like a book chapter; I don't have the book quoted at hand but I fear there might be some direct copy/paste involved. Further, within the exemptions it ought to be mentioned that the Commission has provided guidelines for horizontal co-operation agreements. These guidelines define under which circumstances exemptions are to be accepted. The guidelines are to be found from the Commission's competition homepage and use citation 2011/C 11/01 with a complete title of the guidelines being: "Guidelines on the applicability of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to horizontal co-operation agreements". --86.50.88.255 (talk) 10:26, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
