Notability[edit]

I have removed the notability notice and added the buyout part, as it has been mentioned in many news articles; so it is in compliance with WP:WEB. --Simonkoldyk 00:39, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

'award winning'[edit]

Sounds like copied from promotional text 62.206.21.253 (talk) 16:11, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Confused[edit]

This line, "The buyout occurred shortly after negotiations against and subsequently with Google to purchase YouTube." is hard to decipher. Who was negotiating with whom? Focomoso (talk) 22:05, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
