The previous section about the clinic patient stated that the girlfriend had "gone too rough" on him, This isn't what is said on the DVD version, so I corrected it. If it was different in the broadcast version, can someone add that detail back? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 64.26.167.46 (talkcontribs).

The timing of the plot is way off. Chase kissed her, alone, early in the episode. Way before the claims of this summary.

I read an insightful analysis of the episode here (http://www.housemd-guide.com/season2/autopsy-aria.php) claiming that the episode mirrors Puccini´s opera "Turandot" all the way long. If somebody is willing to extend the article on this (I dare say, outstanding) episode he or she might want to take that into consideration. Also I heard an interview with Hugh Laurie with him stating that he thinks that this is one of his favorite episodes. We´d probably need a hardcore fan to tell us which interview it was, but I definitely can remember that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.134.118.104 (talk) 19:04, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

House is playing Les Troyens on his iPod in one scene of this episode. He temporarily stops it at, if I'm not mistaken, the same spot Captain Picard does the same in Star Trek: First Contact. A possible reference, if any Trekkie feels like confirming it. —207.232.8.4 19:15, 12 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]

In regards to bumping diphenhydramine: 1. Don't do it. It burns. 2. House's rationale for doing it didn't make sense. He mentioned the blood brain barrier. The point of an antihistamine is to inhibit allergic reactions in the body, not the brain. The fact that diphenhydramine passes the BBB (which it does, no matter how you take it) is considered a negative property of the drug. When antihistamines hit the hypothalamus, they make you drowsy and hungry. Claritin, in contrast, doesn't pass the BBB in significant quantities, so it doesn't cause those symptoms, which is one of its selling points. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.247.152.4 (talk) 02:41, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:HouseMD autopsy.jpg[edit]

Image:HouseMD autopsy.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
