bad translation?[edit]

"has to be born both to provide the energy " etc. "Born" means "be given birth to." That doesn't fit with the sense of the rest of the sentence. Find somebody who knows both the language of the source and English and figure out what this would should have been. 100.15.120.122 (talk) 22:34, 14 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! You can see that it was written well, "able", but in March 2015 someone changed it to "able". Corrected it.--Arsenal sin platea (talk) 14:42, 11 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

have made some pretty big changes to the article[edit]

Although the article in its previous form was not too bad (not a lot of incorrect information, at least), it lacked many citations or recent references. I have tried to build up the articles with some more detailed citations from Feldman, Rubin, and others. It was hard to figure out how to source information about the present day Hasidic badkhn tradition. That is one section that I think should be expanded. Another thing I wasn't sure is whether I should try to include any examples of their traditional couplets, score, sound clips, or anything. Open to suggestions.--Dan Carkner (talk) 04:05, 15 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
