History (or lack thereof)[edit]

I'm surprised that this article does not have a history section, considering that bakeries have been around for thousands of years. The Romans were big in to bakeries, and the Great Fire of London started in one. I'll try and organise some info, but any help would be appreciated.--Dmol (talk) 19:16, 18 January 2014 (UTC)

It'd be great if more detailed information could be added to this section. I don't have any sources to include myself, and information on the running of bakeries is proving difficult to find.
