Merger proposal[edit]

I am proposing the merger of Baltimore Highlands, Maryland into Lansdowne-Baltimore Highlands, Maryland. This seems a reasonable combination, because the proposed target for the merger already includes most of the text to be merged. The merger will also help resolve confusion between the Baltimore Highlands of Baltimore County and a neighborhood of the same name in East Baltimore.
