Wrong picture?[edit]

That portrait is of Petrarch. I doubt there was ever a portrait of this trombonist-frottolist. Mchernen (talk) 07:58, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I think you are probably right, but I was not able to find a source (like a museum reference) for the actual picture. Let us know if you can find one. The picture has been used to represent Tromboncino apparently for rather a long time (it's even on a CD cover!) but I also think it is Petrarch. Removing it for now.
