How was this list created?[edit]

Is this list derived from some type of bot search related to citations - or was it compiled by a user / contributor? It would be excellent if there was a bot that could plough through all articles listed under Military History and generate a list of books, ranked from most frequently cited to least - even better, by sub-category. Nothing on aerial warfare[edit]

If this list is to be believed, there are no reference works on military aviation during the war. However, Norman Franks and company wrote several encyclopedic works on the subject, as well as a well-known line of texts through Osprey Publishing. Without these listings, this listing is uselessly incomplete.Georgejdorner (talk) 01:15, 5 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
