Yes, Bukit Petaling is also main places in Kuala Lumpur because Istana Negara (National Palace) the official palace of Yang di-Pertuan Agong (Malaysian Head of State) is located here. Aiman Ab Majid 27 June 2006

The problem with its use is that it's both grammatically incorrect (written in plural when refering to one location) and indicates poor knowledge of English (I have never seen any professional publication using "main place"). "Key location", "important location" or "major location" are much more preferable. -Two hundred percent 05:39, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
