Contradiction[edit]

In § Contemporary society we find this sentence:

More than 92% of the population are poor, and has earnings more than half that of the Ugandan national average, and about 50% of the population is illiterate.

"[E]arnings more than half that of the Ugandan national average" would be the direct opposite of "poor". It's impossible to check the source, which is given only as
