Bonzo Dog[edit]

The 10-note occasional riff formed the basis of the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band's novelty song "Intro Outro".

This sentence as written is problematic for several reasons:

(1) The title of the Bonzo number is "The Intro and the Outro," not "Intro Outro."

(2) The article on "The Intro and the Outro" more accurately states that the riff (or vamp) "resembles" "C Jam Blues," without claiming that the resemblance was intentional. They're not identical, as the Bonzo riff is not a blues. (Neither article cites a source.)

(3) The part that is similar in both seems to be fewer than 10 notes.

(4) The Bonzo riff easily could have been arrived at independently as both are so simple. Again, a source could clear this up. Richard K. Carson (talk) 06:16, 3 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
