Failed Verification Tags[edit]

The cites marked failed verification seemed correct to me at the time. Please state a reason why each one fails rather than the bare tag, then I can correct them. I did this page as a response to a request for volunteers, if you want to improve the article then take time to clean up some cites yourself. Botendaddy 23:40, 9 August 2011 (UTC)

Okay.
Let's start with the "controversial":
now the less controversial:
  • He is also a textile designer, designing products for the linen manufacturer Sferra, which is based in Venice, Italy.[5] http://www.allthebestblog.co.uk/2010/12/in-bed-with-campion-platt.html
    • Website is saying: "This week you can visit the SFERRA website to learn more about Campion Platt, his preferred SFERRA linens and his thoughts on everything from bedroom ‘must haves’ to the perfect breakfast in bed." <-- although this is primary source/blog (and thus not reliable) when I clickon the link, I don't see anything relevant!
  • his work includes the "Metro Cloth Collection" for Jim Thompson.[4] http://www.allthebestblog.co.uk/2010/12/in-bed-with-campion-platt.html
    • neither Metro Cloth Collection nor Jim is mentioned
  • He completed the Time Warner showhouse at Columbus Circle and the Esquire Magazine Astor Place showhouse and the Esquire 360 showhouse in Los Angeles.[4]
    • also no work about this!
  • He is often included in Architectural Digest as one of the Top 100 Architects and Designers in the world.[3] http://www.architecturaldigest.com/architects/100/campion_platt/campion_platt_profile
    • Err, where? often? where? I think that AD100 means "Top 100 Architects and Designers in the world", but where is often? At least one time, as it seems...
  • He began his career at Arquitectonica, a Miami, Florida based Architecture Firm with offices in New York City and around the world.[2] http://arquitectonica.com/
    • I see 4 images....

Fair enough, I will work my way through them and clean them up. Botendaddy 12:02, 10 August 2011 (UTC)

I think I've fixed most of them, but architects are a difficult topic to get a myriad of cites. It also seems that some of the cites which were valid when I did this are no longer so. Botendaddy 01:43, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
