What about the article of early Greek clothing also called the Chiton? Thats what I'm trying to research.

That would be also known as a tunic 24.82.139.12 08:02, 11 November 2005 (UTC)

I think when i read some articles about this, this article is confused and needs expert attention.--Filll 18:20, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned references in Chiton

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Chiton's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "Jacobs2000":

  • From Mollusca: Jacobs, D. K.; Wray, C. G.; Wedeen, C. J.; Kostriken, R.; Desalle, R.; Staton, J. L.; Gates, R. D.; Lindberg, D. R. (2000). • From Mollusc shell: Jacobs David K. 2000. Molluscan engrailed expression, serial organization, and shell evolution. Evolution & Development 2: 340.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 13:01, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
