name must be Khanate Ros' (not Khanate Rus'). Rus' is a Ruthenians. Ros' - a Little Rоs'ians (This eastern Ukraine. Khanate was in eastern Ukraine.) People from Western Ukraine called the people of Eastern Ukraine "Little-Rоs'ians". Rusiæ Minoris not Ros' Khanate. Rusiæ Minoris not Russia. There were three states: Rusiæ Minoris(Ruthenians), Ros' Khanate, later Russia.
