Is the right name in English for this law "Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law" or "Nationality and Entry into Israel Law"? I've added a redir, and the text appears as both online, but it occurs to me one or the other must be most correct. --

The article is speaking as if July 2008 is still in the future. Was this law renewed again? Is it in effect as of today, June 14 2009?
