Expansion of article[edit]

The original source of this Wikipedia article appears to have been John Locke, The Ocean: 100th Anniversary Collection, pp. 27-32, though there were no citations; I added appropriate citations where I could. Added more biographical material from that and other sources. I also expanded the book list.

What still needs to be done: general clean-up and polishing; check NY Times obit. The material on Kelland books that became movies might be worth expanding into a separate section. But given how unknown he is, I think this may be enough on Kelland.
